1. Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Pierre Gassin, referred to as “the Author”, and any individual or legal entity wishing to acquire a fine-art print or publication through pierregassin.com.
2. Nature of the works
The photographs offered are original works of art within the relevant tax framework. Each print follows strict conservation standards: editions limited to a maximum of 30 copies, signed and hand-numbered by the Author, and accompanied by a secure certificate of authenticity.
3. Pricing & geographic area
The site may present the appropriate currency by market: Tunisian dinar (TND) for residents and deliveries in Tunisia, and euro (EUR) for international orders.
Displayed prices exclude shipping costs. Those costs are specified when the order is confirmed directly.
4. Acquisition process
In keeping with an artisanal approach, acquisition takes place through direct contact: 1. Select one or more works on the site. 2. Send the request by WhatsApp or the form. 3. Final confirmation covers transport arrangements and secure payment terms.
5. Shipping & logistics
Works are shipped with great care from partner laboratories in Tunisia or France. International shipments are normally sent in a secure tube to protect the work. Average lead times range from two to four weeks.
6. Right of withdrawal
Where the law allows it, the right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-order and personalised fine-art prints, including numbering and signature. No return is accepted once production has begun.
7. Intellectual property
Acquiring a print does not transfer reproduction rights. Pierre Gassin retains all copyright and author’s rights in the work.
